Not only are they good fun, but learning circus skills also has a variety of benefits. It is a great way to keep fit, improve your co-ordination and get the left and right hemispheres of your brain working together. Workshops can be taught to groups or privately to adults and children. Hoop dance workshops
Girl on Fire has been teaching hoop dance for as long as she has been
learning herself, making it her mission in life to share the hoopy
love! Learning to hoop dance is fun and a great for keeping fit.

Poi workshops
Girl on Fire has been spinning Poi for 10 years now and is a great
teacher. Poi workshops for beginners can be run as drop in workshops
at festivals and fetes or can be booked from one to two hours for
group workshops.
